Students are eligible to enroll in this coverage if they are an international student with a valid F, J, or M visa status, temporarily located outside their Home Country as a non-resident alien. The student must be engaged in educational or cultural activities, has not obtained permanent residency status in the United States, and is not a U.S. Citizen.
